Most fats, nuts, and seeds are Bladder Friendly. Any foods listed in the Try It and Caution categories are currently based on patient and clinician report. These foods are fantastic sources of omega 3 fatty acids which are important for cellular protection, immune support, as well as cardiovascular health.
